Will converting my website from HTML into WordPress affect SEO?

Old website is in Dreamweaver with unknown host, new website is in GoDaddy but SEO is best for old website because of domain name.

There are many factors that impact SEO, so please do review your site in WordPress and make sure you follow all best practices. The CMS you use doesn't have a direct impact on SEO, but performance and other factors do.
