Exceeding data limit with our 2nd property which is the same as the first one 0 Recommended Answers 1 Reply 2 Upvotes
Dear community members,
Need your help to understand a puzzle we are faced with. Our website khanacademy.org has a lot of hits per month. When we ran out of allowed views, we set up a second property which is a duplicate of the first one so that we can have more views. Our GA product is the free version. After we set up the duplicate view, we received a warning telling us that we've exceeded the hit limit, 10MM a month. But our first property has never seen this warning before even though its hit is way higher than 10MM also. Our development team didn't do anything differently this time. What could cause the differences here if anyone knows?
