Hello,

I have my benchmarking settings installed (since we started to use google analytics for our webshop) and there are no reports to be seen.

Usually, you should see all kinds of categories, etc..

But our view only looks like this:


Now we are not super huge yet, but its rather difficult for me to understand why there are no categories at all in the market to compare with.

Has anyone insights to the same problem?

I'm having the same issue. I used benchmark reporting as recently as a week ago. Now it's gone from ALL our accounts.

Glad to see I'm not the only one with this issue! I'm seeing the same thing... even going back into recent months where I know there was data, it now shows nothing.

For what it's worth, i had a look at the Google Demo account and the same issue seems to be affecting the GA Demo account to.
Usually the fastest way of getting interface/report issues on the radar is to report it directly to the GA team via the Send Feedback button at the bottom of hte GA interface. 
It will allow you to take a screenshot and send info about the issue directly to the GA Team
NB - they dont usually follow up/reply to feedback however it is read by them and then wheels set in motion for fixing the issue (however bare in mind they usually have a number of issues they are working on and they are prioritized based on severity of the issue, so some issue fixes may take some time)

Mine has done the exact same thing. Up until this past month (October) it was working perfectly. I didn't change anything in my settings, but it's not comparing my data to the industry average. On the right-hand side of the screen it says, "Some benchmark data has been filtered due to an insufficient number of contributing properties." I'm not sure why it would say this. I've sent feedback about this and am waiting for a response. Has anyone fixed it on their own?

Same with me. I have emailed Analytics support (which apparently is Adwords support). So far nothing concrete in terms of a reason, but will feedback if anything comes of it.

Google Ads does offer limited assistance for GA for Google Ads customers.

In the mean time, anyone else if you could please use the send feedback option at the bottom of the GA interface to bring it to Google's attention...

It's a known issue, folks. The benchmark data stopped appearing since September 27th, 2019. Google is being silent - https://twitter.com/DigitalSpaceman/status/1237721774508425216. Since it's benchmark data, you can still use the averages from back then, to get an idea where your website stands. That's what we do for all our clients at Regex SEO.
