I'm looking to find the tracking code. When I click on admin, the only option I have under properties is property settings. There's no other options and the code is not listed in there. The only other code I see is my property code and that's not the one I'm looking for

Are you after the tracking code or the tracking id?
Tracking id is on the Property Settings page, first thing shown in the Basic Settings section at the top of the Page and on the Tracking Info > tracking code page.. the tracking code is on the Tracking Info > tracking code page

Click the Admin link at the lower left of the GA interface.
It takes you to the Admin page, which should have 3 columns.. Account, Property and View
Select the Account in the first column, then select the relevant Property in the middle column

Click on Property Settings link in the middle column.. the tracking id is on the top of the Property Settings page in the right pane.
Still in the middle column, below the Property Settings link, there should be another link that says Tracking Info.. which if you click will expand further options, one of them being Tracking Code.
If you do not see these options, then you possible do not have the necessary permissions to access them, in which case you need to speak with someone that does have access to give you this info. or that has the ability to adjust your permissions so you can access the info

If it is one of the new APP + WEB Properties.. they are in beta so may not work as expected.
For issues with these, please report it directly to Google via the Feedback option in the footer of the GA interface

Mark you appear to be using an app+web property, not a web property.
If you only need to track a web site then then you should use a web property.
If you are trying to track a site and an iOS, Android or Unity app.. then take a look at the following to get acquainted with the app+web format and setup.. completely different kettle of fish to the usual GA stuff

I think the main confusion here is the type of property
being used. In Google Analytics there are 2 types of properties: Web property and App + Web properties.
Web properties are the most common type of GA properties,
used mostly to track websites.
App + Web properties are newer properties used to create a
unified tracking for both your apps and websites. So in a App + Web property you can track both
your Android or iOS apps and website.
The process of getting the Tracking ID is different based
on the type of property being used.
Web Properties
For web properties (most commonly used for websites), to get
the Tracking ID you need to go to Admin
/ Property / Property Settings

App + Web properties
Regarding App + Web properties, they don’t have a Tracking ID but use a Measurement ID. And the Measurement ID is available only for the
Web Data Stream. It is not available
for Android or iOS data streams because these data streams used different participles
to collect data and do not need a tracking or measurement id.
You may read the details in this article https://analyticshelp.io/blog/google-analytics-property-tracking-id/
So if you have a App + Web property, to get the Measurement
ID, you need to go to Admin / Property /
Data Stream and create a new Web Data Stream or click on an existing web
based data stream.
And on the next page you should see the Measurement ID in
the top right corner.

Later you can use this Measurement ID to add tracking on
your website (if using GTM, make sure you use the App + Web tag types and not
the usual GA tags).
