Contact an Analytics administrator

If you're certain that you're using the correct email and password but are still unable to sign in, then contact one of the administrators for your Analytics account who has the Administrator role.

If you have another email address and password that you can use to sign in to Analytics and those credentials have the Administrator role, then you can sign in with those credentials and investigate the problem. If necessary, you can add the email address that wasn't working as a new Analytics user.
