Set up a registration form conversion

To create an event for when someone lands on a confirmation page after completing a registration form:.

  1. Go to Admin and select Events.
  2. Click Create event and then click Create.
  3. In the Custom event name field, enter the name "registered".
  4. In the Matching conditions section, enter the first matching condition "event_name" equals "page_view".
  5. Click Add condition.
  6. Enter the second matching condition "page_location" equals "https://www.example.com/confirmation".
  7. Click Create.

To measure when someone completes a registration form as a conversion:

  1. Go to Admin and select Conversions.
  2. Click New conversion event.
  3. Enter the name of the new event, "registered".
  4. Click Save.
