[GA4] Tech details report

Understand the technology people use to access your website or app

The Tech details report helps you identify the technology people use to access your website or app, including their browser, screen resolution, app version, and operating system. The report helps you answer questions like:

  • Should we improve the user experience for certain screen resolutions?
  • Do most of my users use my Android or iOS app?
  • Are certain app versions performing poorly?

Before you begin

You will see data in the report when people use your website or app.

Access the report

The Tech details report is available on the left by default in User > Tech. If you are an Editor (or above) and don't see the report, you can add the report from the report library.
