To find or connect to Google Allo after downloading the app, follow the steps below.

If you can’t find Allo on your phone, try these steps.

  1. Restart your device. Then go to your apps and look for Allo Allo app.
  2. If you don’t see Allo after restarting, try to re-download the app.

Can’t connect to Allo app

Here are a few things you can try to fix the problem.

Make sure you’re connected to the Internet

Connect to a Wi-Fi network, or make sure your phone has mobile data turned on and you have a strong signal.

To check that mobile data is turned on:

  1. Open the Settings app. 
  2. Tap Cellular.
  3. Switch "Cellular Data" to On On.
Restart the app

If you have an Internet connection but Allo doesn’t work, try restarting the app:

  1. Double-tap the Home button on your device.
  2. Swipe up on Allo.
  3. Open Allo again.
Restart your device
If nothing else works, try restarting your device.
