If you can’t find Allo on your phone, try these steps.
- Restart your device. Then go to your apps and look for Allo .
- If you don’t see Allo after restarting, try to re-download the app.
Can’t connect to Allo app
Here are a few things you can try to fix the problem.
Connect to a Wi-Fi network, or make sure your phone has mobile data turned on and you have a strong signal.
To check that mobile data is turned on:
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap Cellular.
- Switch "Cellular Data" to On .
If you have an Internet connection but Allo doesn’t work, try restarting the app:
- Double-tap the Home button on your device.
- Swipe up on Allo.
- Open Allo again.
