If you can't find Allo on your phone, try these steps.
- Restart your device. Then go to your apps and look for Allo .
- If you don't see Allo after restarting your device, try to re-download the app.
Can't connect to Allo
Here are a few things you can try to fix the problem.
Connect to a Wi-Fi network or make sure your phone has cellular data turned on and you have a strong signal.
To check that mobile data is turned on:
- Open the device's Settings.
- Go to "Data usage."
- Turn on Cellular data.
If you have an Internet connection, but Allo still doesn't work, try restarting the app.
- Open the Settings app .
- Go to your applications list.
- Select Allo Force Stop.
- Open Allo again.
