If you can't find Allo on your phone, try these steps.

  1. Restart your device. Then go to your apps and look for Allo Allo app.
  2. If you don't see Allo after restarting your device, try to re-download the app.

Can't connect to Allo

Here are a few things you can try to fix the problem.

Make sure you're connected to the Internet

Connect to a Wi-Fi network or make sure your phone has cellular data turned on and you have a strong signal.

To check that mobile data is turned on:

  1. Open the device's Settings
  2. Go to "Data usage."
  3. Turn on Cellular data.
Restart the app

If you have an Internet connection, but Allo still doesn't work, try restarting the app.

  1. Open the Settings app Settings .
  2. Go to your applications list.
  3. Select Allo and then Force Stop.
  4. Open Allo again.
Restart your device
If nothing else works, try restarting your device.
