How to send feedback

You can report issues you're experiencing with the app or send feedback about Allo through a form.

  1. Open Allo.
  2. Tap Menu Menuand thenHelp & Feedbackand thenSend Feedback.
  3. Choose whether you're sending feedback for Allo, the Google Assistant, or offensive content.
  4. Type your comment or describe the problem that you're having.
    • Include a screenshot and logs: You can include a screenshot and your user log to help us understand the issue. If you don't want to include a screenshot or log, uncheck the box.
