Declare Ad Exchange network partner apps Beta

Publishers MUST classify all apps before they can be served ads, including both their own and their network partners.

  1. Click the Admin tab.
  2. From the Account management section, select Apps management.
  3. Perform the task that applies to your situation:
Register apps where ad serving has been attempted, but disallowed because the app was not registered
  1. Click the Unclassified tab.
  2. Select the checkboxes next to the apps to classify.
  3. Click Mark as, and choose one of the following:
    • Blocked to move the apps to the Blocked tab so they no longer show up in the "Unclassified" tab AND no ads will be returned to those sites.
Select ONLY apps owned by the network partner as “represented.” Apps not owned by yourself or the network partner should be declared as blocked. If you declare apps as not owned by the network partner, policy action will occur.
    • Owned to classify the apps as directly owned.
    • Represented to choose a network partner to associate with the apps.
Add apps directly owned by the publisher
  1. Click the Owned tab.
  2. Click Add owned apps.
  3. Enter each app one by one, and click add to set the app name.
  4. Click Apply.
Add apps being represented for network partners
  1. Click the Represented tab.
  2. Click Add represented apps.
  3. Enter each app one by one, and click add to set the app name.
  4. Select the associated partner from the list.
  5. Click Apply.

Use the Mark as drop-down under the unclassified, owned or blocked tabs, to move your network partners from one bucket to another. For example, from the "Unclassified" tab, select Blocked to move the apps to the Blocked tab.

Use the Delete option to discard owned, blocked or represented network partner apps. If the publisher attempts to monetize a deleted app, the app will return to the “Unclassified” tab. The app would need to be re-registered.
