Edit your billing settings

You can make the following changes to the information in your Ad Exchange billing account at any time.

Customize your invoice name

You can customize or edit the name displayed on your invoice.

  1. Sign in to your Ad Exchange account at https://www.google.com/adx.
  2. Click the settings gear , followed by Billing.
  3. Click Billing settings from the left navigation menu.
  4. Under the "Account details" section, locate the "Invoice name" field, and click Edit.
  5. Enter or edit your information.
  6. Click Save.

Update or add an address to mail or email your invoice

You can change or add to your mailing and email invoice delivery addresses at any time. Changes must be made by the 25th of the month for them to take effect for the following month.

  1. Sign in to your Ad Exchange account at https://www.google.com/adx.
  2. Click the settings gear , followed by Billing.
  3. Click Billing settings from the left navigation menu.
  4. Under the "Invoice options" section, locate the "Email invoice delivery" or "Mail invoice delivery" section.
    1. To add a new address, click either + Add new email address or + Add new mailing address.
    2. To edit an existing mailing address, click Edit next to the mailing address you'd like to edit.
  5. Enter or edit your information.
  6. Click Save.

Regenerating an invoice

If you'd like to regenerate a new invoice based on changes you've made, click Invoices from the left navigation menu, followed by the invoice number in the table.

When the invoice is displayed, click Regenerate invoice with updated information.

Update the bill-to address for your invoice

By default, we'll display the registered business address on an invoice. If you'd like to change this address, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your Ad Exchange account at https://www.google.com/adx.
  2. Click the settings gear , followed by Billing.
  3. Click Billing settings from the left navigation menu.
  4. Under the "Invoice options" section, locate the "Display an alternate address I specify" section and click Edit.
  5. Select Display an alternate address I specify, choose your address, or speficy a new address.
  6. If specifying a new address, enter your information.
  7. Click Save.

Opt out of paper invoice delivery

To receive your invoices by email only and stop receiving paper invoices:

  1. Click Billing settings from the left navigation menu.
  2. Remove all addresses under the "Mail invoice delivery" section.
  3. Ensure an email address exists under the Email invoice delivery section.
