The Google Ads policy on casinos & gambling changed in June 2016 to allow gambling operators and aggregators to promote online gambling content in Portugal. After the new policy is live, advertisers who wish to promote online gambling content in Portugal will have to submit a gambling certification request via the updated policy pages.
