The Google Ads policy on arbitrage will be updated in January 2014. The policy is being updated to provide additional detail on our guidelines related to mobile websites and websites that are rendered on mobile devices. After the change, the policy description will be updated to include graphical examples to further explain when mobile websites can be found to contain excessive advertising in violation of the policy. The change will affect all countries. We are updating this policy to improve user experience.
