The Google Ads policy on Financial Services will be updated around mid-March 2012. We're making an organisational change associated with our guidelines around short-term loans, loan modifications and foreclosure prevention services. Once this change takes effect, we'll be enforcing these rules as part of our "Financial Services" policy instead of through our "User Safety" policy. There are no changes to the policy requirements as this is only an organisational change. We made this decision to better organise our policies, and to increase clarity. After the change goes into effect, the policy description will be updated to reflect this change.
