The Google Ads policy on User Safety will be updated around mid-March 2012. We're merging our policies on "Misleading and Inaccurate Claims", "Get Rich Quick" and "User Safety" into one policy. Going forward, we'll be enforcing these policies under our "User Safety" policy. In addition, we'll be enforcing our policies on short-term loans, loan modifications and foreclosure prevention services under our "Financial Services" policy. The policy requirements themselves are not changing, since this is only an organisational change. We made this decision to better organise our policies and to increase clarity around our policies. After the change goes into effect, the policy description will be updated to reflect this change.
