Dynamic Ad Serving Beta Program Terms

When opted in to the Dynamic Ad Serving Beta Program, your company is allowed to use Google's proprietary Dynamic Ad Serving technology to help with the delivery of ads and/or the insertion of certain content into ads, based on criteria defined by the Dynamic Ad Serving Beta Program. All other applicable terms and policies still apply when opting in to this beta program, including, but not limited to, the AdWords Terms and Conditions and Interest-Based Advertising Policy.

Your company is solely responsible for operating and maintaining the data feeds to be used in conjunction with your ads, including providing access to such feeds, when requested, in a form and via a method specified by Google. If the data in your feeds change for any reason, you're responsible for notifying Google of those changes. During the Ad Serving Beta Program, your company must have all the necessary rights to use the feeds in order to participate in the Dynamic Ad Serving Beta Program.
