Multiple authorizations/payments in India, 7/10-7/13
Some client accounts based in India may have seen multiple authorisations for one transaction on their account or multiple captures for one payment between the dates of July 10th & 13th. Most payments have now been refunded to the original payment instrument; if the issue persists on your account, please contact your issuing bank and ensure all outstanding payments have been cancelled/refunded.
