Copy or move negative sites

You can cut or copy negative sites in one campaign or ad group, then paste them in a different campaign or ad group.

Copy and paste negative placements

In the tree view, select the account, campaign or ad group containing the negative placements to copy.
Select the Placements tab.
To view your negative sites, select the Negatives button on the top left of the edit panel. When selected, the button will turn dark gray.
Select one or more negative sites.
Go to the Edit Menu > Copy.
In the tree view, select the location where you want to paste the negative sites.
Go to the Edit Menu > Paste, or use one of the Paste Special options described below.

Cut and paste negative sites

In the tree view, select the account, campaign or ad group containing the negative sites to move.
Select the Placements tab.
To view your negative sites, select the Negatives button on the top left of the edit panel. When selected, the button will turn dark gray.
Select one or more negative sites.
Go to the Edit Menu > Cut.
In the tree view, select the location where you want to paste the negative sites.
Go to the Edit Menu > Paste, or use one of the Paste Special options described below.

Paste Special

To paste ad group negative placements into more than one ad group, select the destination ad groups in the data view of the Ad Groups tab and go to the Edit menu > Paste Special > Paste into Selected Ad Groups.
To paste campaign negative placements into more than one campaign, select the destination campaigns in the data view of the Campaigns tab and go to the Edit menu > Paste Special > Paste Negatives into Selected Campaigns.
