When should I use the new experience instead of the previous experience?

We suggest using the new experience whenever possible! It's been designed to help you meet your business goals faster and easier, and we're continuing to add more features to it all the time. To read more about its benefits, check out About the new AdWords experience.

We'd also love to hear your feedback! Click the help icon at the top right, and select Leave feedback.

Does AdWords perform differently in the new AdWords experience?

While this AdWords may look and feel different, your campaigns will run the same as they run today. Also, most changes you make will be reflected across both experiences. For example, if you add a new keyword, it's in your account whether you're viewing it through the new or previous experiences.
For certain advertisers, changes you make to some reporting features aren’t reflected across both AdWords experiences. To learn more, please see this article.

Why aren't all features available?

Some features aren't available yet in the new AdWords experience and may appear grayed out. To use these, just click the 3-dot icon in the top right corner of your account and select Return to previous AdWords.

We're continuing to add new features to the new experience. To see which features have launched recently, check the recently-added features page. Or, see the lists of available and unavailable features.

Why do some of my accounts have access, and others don't?

We're inviting accounts based on whether the features they use are available in the new experience. So, if one of your accounts uses features that aren't yet available in the new AdWords experience, it might not have access.
