Edit your campaign settings

For each ad campaign that you create, you can control how much you're willing to spend on clicks and conversions, which networks and geographical locations you want your ads to show on, and more.

This article explains two different ways to edit your campaign settings.

Edit your campaign settings from the left page menu

Note: The instructions below are part of the new design for the Google Ads user experience. To use the previous design, click the 'Appearance' icon and select Use previous design. If you're using the previous version of Google Ads, review the Quick reference map or use the search bar in the top navigation panel of Google Ads to find the page you’re searching for.

1. In your Google Ads account, click the Campaigns icon .
2. Click the Campaigns drop-down in the section menu, then click Campaigns.
3. Click on 'Settings' tab.
4. You may change the settings of your campaign in two ways:
   • To change the same setting for multiple campaigns, tick the box of the campaigns that you want to edit. Click on Edit for the drop-down to appear, then select which setting you would like to adjust.
   • To change a setting on an individual campaign, hover on the field of the campaign setting you want to edit. Click on the pencil icon, then adjust your settings.
5. Click Apply.

1. In your Google Ads account, click the Campaigns icon .

   • To change a setting on an individual campaign, hover over the name of the campaign and click the pencil icon . Then adjust your settings.
5. Click Apply.
