Government Documents & Official Services Appeal Form

This form is for advertisers of government documents and official services who believe their ads have been improperly disapproved.    

Before applying, please read through the below thoroughly:

You must be a government or delegated provider of a government service for your ads and domain to be considered for review.  

A delegated provider is defined as a company that has been officially entrusted or assigned by the original provider (the Government) to provide certain products or services on their behalf, that are either usually executed or had previously been done by the Government itself. This does not include entities that are authorized providers or resellers. 

Please submit one request per domain.

NOTE: You will be advised of the outcome of your appeal within a few days. Please do not submit multiple requests for the same domain.
