Google provides translated versions of the Advertising Policies Help Center, though they're not meant to change the content of the policies. In the coming months, Google will update the Other restricted businesses policy to prohibit advertising for bail bond services on Google Ads. This policy will apply globally. Another announcement will be posted to confirm enforcement timelines.
Here are some examples of bail bond services that will be prohibited under this new policy:nbsp;
- Bail bond agents, bounty hunters, bail bondsman
- Bail bond financing
Advertising for legal services or legal representation will not be affected.
