Update to Unfair advantage policy (Oct. 2017)

In October 2017, we’ll update how we identify ads for the same or similar content from multiple accounts on the same or similar queries. In particular, we will look at the pricing of products or services or the existence of affiliate-based traffic for similar products and services to determine if the ads might create an unfair advantage.
