Product category requirements

Troubleshooter: Product category requirements

  1.  Read the policy above to learn what we don't allow. Make sure that the Product category header only names a specific category of products and not individual products or brand names. Check that the description only contains additional details about that product category.
  2. Edit your asset to make it comply with this policy.
  • On your Assets page, hover over the asset that you want to edit.
  • Click the pencil icon next to your asset to edit it.
  • Click Save when you've finished.

Once you edit and save your asset, it's sent for review. Most assets are reviewed within one working day, though some can take longer if they need a more complex review. If we find that you've correctly edited the asset, we can approve it to start running.

If you aren't able to fix these violations or choose not to, remove your asset to help prevent your account from becoming suspended in the future for having too many disapproved assets.
