On December 4 , 2025, Google Ads will update its Gambling and games policy for Argentina. We will begin allowing ads from licensed gambling operators in Entre Rios, Mendoza, and Santa Fe.
Eligibility to advertise is restricted to entities that have received authorization from the designated regulatory authorities of each targeted province.
- Advertisers targeting Entre Rios must supply a license from the Instituto de Ayuda Financiera a la Acción Social (IAFAS).
- Advertisers targeting Mendoza must supply a license issued by the Instituto Provincial de Juegos y Casinos (IPJC).
- Advertisers targeting Santa Fe must supply a license from the Caja de Asistencia Social - Lotería de Santa Fe.
