Update to Gambling and Games Policy (March 2025)

Google provides translated versions of the Advertising Policies Help Center, though they're not meant to change the content of the policies. On March 31, 2025, Google Ads will update its Gambling and games policy for Nigeria. We will begin allowing ads from licensed gambling operators in Lagos State. Only entities authorized by the Lagos State Lotteries & Gaming Authority (LSLGA) will be eligible to advertise in Lagos State.

The Gambling and games policy page will be updated when the policy goes into effect on March 31, 2025.
