On March 11, 2025, the Google Ads Gambling and games policy US country-specifics will be updated. We will begin to accept ads for online horse racing by state authorized entities in Idaho, Iowa, Louisiana, North Carolina, Vermont and Washington.
Advertisers must apply for certification. Application for certification will be open to advertisers who wish to promote horse racing content in this region on March 11, 2025.
The Gambling and games policy page will be updated when the policy goes into effect.
