On 5 November 2024, we updated the disclosing of information in relation to the 'Act for Prevention and Control of Hazards of Fraudulent Crimes' of Taiwan ('Taiwan Anti-Fraud Act').
Google LLC, as the online advertising platform operator designated by the Taiwan Ministry of Digital Affairs under Art 27 of the Taiwan Anti-Fraud Act on 16 Sep 2024, is required to disclose the info of Google LLC and its local agent for the Taiwan Anti-Fraud Act pursuant to Art 28 of the Taiwan Anti-Fraud Act. Therefore, we have disclosed the information of Google LLC and its local agent here.
