In December 2024, the Google Ads Personalised ads policy will be updated to allow personalisation for social casino game App campaigns. We will begin to allow these ads on 4 December 2024. All advertisers will gain the ability to personalise online social casino game app ads by the end of March 2025.

Specifically, the gambling in personalised ads sensitive interest category will be updated to explicitly exclude social casino game App campaigns. As a reminder, if a type of gambling ad is included in the gambling-sensitive interest category, we do not allow personalisation. The gambling-sensitive interest category will be updated to prohibit personalisation for: 'Gambling, including online and offline gambling; online gambling-related information; online non-casino games played for money or prizes; and online casino-based games, regardless of whether money is exchanged, unless you are using Google App campaigns to promote a social casino gaming app to app users'.

Violations of the Personalised ads policy will not lead to immediate account suspension without prior warning. A warning will be issued at least seven days prior to any suspension of your account.
