On 30 May 2023 Google will update its financial products and services verification policy to limit the eligibility of certain claims management services, such as scam redress services, to obtain verification. Once the policy is effective, only claims management services that are or operate on behalf of a claims management-licensed financial service provider, a government entity, non-profit organisation or legal service provider, are eligible for verification.
