In February, Google will update the ad requirements for YouTube.
This update clarifies why ads with quality issues or featuring sensitive applications may not serve on YouTube. This clarification will enable advertisers to better understand why their ads are not serving and how best to resolve the issue. This clarification will not impact existing enforcement. No additional action is required.
