Advertiser Claims

Google provides translated versions of our Help Centre, though they are not meant to change the content of our policies. The Google Ads policy on advertiser claims will be updated around July 2011. We're reorganising our current policies about "Prices, Discounts and Free Offers," "Competitive Claims" and "Superlatives" under a single policy called the "Advertiser Claims" policy. The change will affect all countries. We made this decision to better organise our policies, and to increase clarity. After the new policy goes into effect, the relevant policy pages will be updated to reflect this change.
