Update to Advertiser identity verification policy (March 2021)

Google provides translated versions of our Help Centre as a convenience, though they are not meant to change the content of our policies. On the 15th of March 2021, Google will update its advertiser identity verification policy reflecting the addition of two new regions to our verification program. Google will begin asking advertisers registered in China and Hong Kong to complete advertiser identity verification as part of the phased rollout. The advertiser identity verification policy includes example criteria of advertisers who may be prioritised.
