In December 2020, the Google Ads Other restricted businesses policy will be updated. The policy on Event Ticket sale will be updated so that only ads from primary providers will be allowed to advertise in France and French territories. We will begin enforcing the policy update on 4 December. The new policy is as follows:
Event Ticket Sale
Live event ticket sellers are allowed to advertise if they are eligible. Note that if you sell or link to sites that sell resale live event tickets, you’ll need to meet certain destination requirements in order to obtain a confirmation of eligibility.
Event ticket sale is restricted to eligible primary providers in France and French territories.
Violations of this policy won't lead to immediate account suspension without prior warning. A warning will be issued at least seven days prior to any suspension of your account.
Please review this policy update to determine whether or not any of your ads fall in scope of the policy, and if so, remove those ads before 4 December.
