Hello AdSense Community,

I'm Kingsley, an AdSense Publisher managing a website that gets 400,000+ Monthly visitors. I was given a "Premium Support Options Privilege" by AdSense

Just recently, My AdSense required me to Submit my ID for Verification and then I used the "Contact Form" which was sent to me Via email by AdSense when my AdSense account was approved earlier this year, I was subsequently contacted by a Support Specialist by the name "Lora" from the AdSense Verification Department who requested for a Valid document which bears the same Name and address as it appears on my account. That which I sent.

I sent my Drivers License and my Government Issued Utility Bill, and then she informed me that she has overridden Pin for my account and that my Address has been verified and that the Verification Notice that has been in my account will be off any moment from 24 Hours to 48 Hours starting from the time she Verified my Account, and that my Ad Unit Will resume displaying ads after that same time frame. She also told me to mail her back after 48 Hours if the notice in my account doesn't
 disappear and my Ad Units are still not Serving Ads.


She verified my Account on the 12th of August ad it's exactly 10 days since then and my Ad Units are still not displaying Adverts and the notice is still in my account. I mailed her back on the 18th of August and up till now, I haven't gotten a response from her or anyone in the Team.

I'm having the feelings that she's off duty and probably out of office and that's why she hasn't replied my Mail since then because my Mails to her are always replied at most 24 hours after being sent, but not it's more than 4 Days and I haven't gotten any reply and My traffic has been unmonetized since this month started, and not it's gearing to an end.

Please, I will like anyone in touch with the AdSense Support Team to help me inform them to check my Thread with Lora since she's out of office, I want another Support Specialist to Work on my case so I can focus on creating Quality contents which I have always been doing.

My Publisher ID is pub-6353967042876840 .

That's doubtful ... in fact, not likely at all. The Premium Publisher requires 20 MILLION visitors per month, and nearly all organic traffic.  Your stats aren't even close to that.
 
You can only get in touch with the AdSense staff if your account qualifies. If it does, there will be a contact link on this page:  https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/2581949?hl=en 
 
If there is no contact link, your account doesn't qualify for direct support. There is really nothing more we can do.

Hello Gracey,

I' think you aren't sure about some AdSense offers which they selectively offer to a very little amount of Publishers, and you're still doubting what I told you was offered to me..you never asked how? You just concluded that it never happened and is never possible.

I don't want to debate on whether I' was given the Privilege or not, neither do I intend on sending Screenshots of the notice and mails here as it's confidential and Private (I'm not even supposed to be mentioning it here).

Please, I just need anyone that has Access to ADSENSE Support to help me get through to them and help me inform them that it's been more than 10 days and the notice is still in my account, even after they informed me that it will be off within 48 hours...

Please, this is all I ask for...

I have access to staff, but not for others to use. If you cannot contact them yourself, there is no contact.
 
I'm  sorry  but I can't help, nor can anyone here. You'll have to wait for lora (staff I've never heard of).

My point is that I have been In contact with AdSense Payments Team for over 3 weeks now and I have been attended by 2 From AdSense General Support Team by the name "Marco" and "Alex" who then redirected me to Lora from the Payments Department to Help me resolve my issue.

Alex informed me about him going for Leave and won't be available in Office once he's on leave...

Please, Help me inform anyone in the Support please.. My Case ID With Lora is " [8-5579000027192] "

Below are the Highlighted Screenshots to back my Claim, dear Gracey.  I'm sure you'll be convinced after seeing my Mails from AdSense.

Please, I need you to help me draw the attention of a Support Specialist to look into my case as the ones assigned to me are on Leave.



I would have Loved to Provide More screenshots of my mails with AdSense, but Forum uploads are limited to 3 attachments per message.

I'm not sure why you don't get the fact that I can't help you with this. 
 
If you still have premium publisher status, you should contine trying to contact them. I cannot supercede staff. Premiums have more than just email access for contact. Use the other options you have, or try the contact you have again.

Actually, I was given 2 Support Options which are E-mails with Support Specialists and Call with a Specialist by the name "Gerani", but as at now, she too is on Vacation as when I checked her calendar and her Google Contact Form yesterday, It indicated that she's on vacation and will be back on Seat around September... Alex too informed me he will be on vacation too. Initially, a support specialist was assigned to me to verify my ADDRESS and he attended to me for like few days and then he was off for vacation and that was when Alex informed another Specialist Lora who was on seat by then to pick up my case and work on it (she was the person that Verified my Account)... But right now, Alex himself is on Vacation as he informed me he will till September

Please, I really need this help now as this is my first experience with AdSense and the Specialists handling my case are on Vacation...

The only issue I have now is that my Ad Units are not displaying Yet and my Traffic is being unmonetized and am losing a lot of AD revenues...

Please, just help me Draw the attention of another Support Specialist... My Case ID is " [8-5579000027192] "

In your other thread you talked about your account having been compromised after talking to people who claimed to be Adsense staff.  It all sounds very suspicious.  If you were genuinely in touch with someone from Google, then you would have direct contact - nobody here could help you. 

If you earn over the threshold each month you may be entitled to some private contact, but as far as I know, there is no such thing as 'Adsense premium support'.  Either it is a new experimental feature offered to a few select publishers (in which case you should not be writing about it on a public forum) or the whole thing is an elaborate scam.

Hello Kukana ,

Maybe it’s a new experimental feature like you suggested, but I have been in contact with about 4 AdSense staffs namely Andree, Marco, Lora and Alex.

Alex was the last Support Specialist who attended to me and then Lora from the Verification Department verified my Accounts Address after I sent my Drivers License and Utility Bill.

But right now, Alex is currently on Summer Vacation and not available to attend to my Queries that’s why am not getting any response from him through Adsense-support@google.com. He told me he’ll be going on Summer Vacation earlier....


I just need you to help me draw the attention of another AdSense Staff to my case which has been unattended to because my support Specialist is on Vacation. My Case ID- " [8-5579000027192] "
