Google ads redirect my site to another site

My site has no malware. I spent hours testing the site, trying to find the source of the redirect ads.
When I had no ads on my site, I didn't see any redirect ads. When I ran ad networks other than Google, no redirect ads. When I ran Google ads alone, just after a few refreshes, I was redirected to lemode-mgz.com.
I saw other bad urls last month, but eventually they disappeared. I thought they were blocked until lemode-mgz.com came back yesterday.
It looks like the redirect ads were generated by a script from bad ads.
The attached image is just one of the many fake ads that site generates.
Has anyone experienced similar issues?

It may be a different malwertising campaign that Google hasn't taken care of yet. Or maybe your site has ads from some other networks too?
BTW, I wrote post about this issue that summarizes this thread (plus some additional details)
