Are you sure you are signing in at www.google.com/adsense with the right email username?

I can't sign in at all! My publisher id is pub-8670424140563210, and I opened the account a few years ago, so I tried making another one and I was told to use my old email address but it didn't work.

What exactly did the notification that your new application was disapproved say? Usually it has instructions for closing the existing account if you no longer have access to it.

It told me that if I close the account and submit another application, I would be able to open another account. I tried my new login but it didn't work. I really want to be able to log-in because otherwise I have NO way of seeing my profits.

Usually the notification has a link to swap the new application for the existing account.

Can you paste here what the notification says (you can delete out your personal information)

(Sorry, I'm not on my usual computer, so I don't have the link handy)
