How do I know if I'm running an AdBlock or a similar plugin or extension in my browser or not?

I'm trying to make an AdSense account but when I did it said that the cookies were not enabled but I did everything it said to do but it still wont work. I read someone else question and a lady named Peggy answered and said that there might be an AdBlock or a similar plugin or extension in my browser but how do I know if there is or not and how can I fix it so that way it will say that the cookies are enabled instead of saying not enabled? Please help. Thank you.

Which browser are you using?

In Chrome, you would go to Window -> Extentions and see if AdBlock is an extension

In Firefox, you would go to Tools -> Add-Ons -> Extensions

It's probably similar for Internet Explorer.

Have you tried using a different browser or a different computer?

Levels

Member levels indicate a user's level of participation in a forum. The greater the participation, the higher the level. Everyone starts at level 1 and can rise to level 10. These activities can increase your level in a forum:

  • Post an answer.
  • Having your answer selected as the best answer.
  • Having your post rated as helpful.
  • Vote up a post.
  • Correctly mark a topic or post as abuse.

Having a post marked and removed as abuse will slow a user's advance in levels.
