I saw a couple of violations immediately when I visited a random page on your site.

Firstly, you  have an ad unit directly under the heading of the post. That's misleading, and not allowed.  It implies that the heading relates to the ad and encourages invalid clicks.

Even worse, you have a popup that covers part of your sidebar including an ad unit, like this:

In addition, there are far too many ad units on the page, given the sparse nature of the content. Please read the policies about 'valuable inventory', and reduce the number of ad units significantly.  There must never be more ads than text content on any page or screen.

Hello kukana,
Initially, i have removed AD unit which was covered under the side popup now, as you said there is no allowed place ad unit under the heading, I have viewed many sites they have placed 300X250 on the left side, is this allowed 300X250 ad unit? IS it ALLOWD >?

So please let me know we can not place look like ads as given URL above ?

That site has so many violations and is so badly written and designed that surely nobody would want to copy it. Of course it's not allowed - thank you for reporting it on this public forum. Hopefully many people will now report it  officially to Google so the Adsense account can be permanently disabled.

But to answer your question - of course you can have ads in your sidebar.  What you may NOT have is a navigational popup that covers any part of the ad at any time.  That is almost guaranteed to lead to invalid clicks.

As for that screenshot - you have two ad units on a screen with barely two sentences of text.  That violates the 'valuable inventory' rule.

Kukana, should I remove sidebar ADD unit 300X250 or replace into TEXT AD unit? which would be better, And As mension in your previous post There is no allowed ad unit under heading, now i have place social buttons that's increased much more space between heading & content , as per your expert opinion Is it right ?

It's probably okay, although nobody can tell you for sure. And the point isn't to have more text ads, but to have more of your own text content.  There must always be more content than ads.

There are no guaranteed perfect ad placements. What you must do is read through all the placement policies, and also ask yourself if an ad could possibly be misleading.  If a visitor could think an ad was part of your content, and click by mistake, then the placement is wrong.

Now you have a sticky sidebar.  That's another serious violation.

Please read ALL the placement rules and guidelines in the Adsense help pages.  You have to follow all of them!
