If you see an error after you submit your bank account information, we encourage you to re-enter your bank information to make sure there wasn't a typo. You may also wish to contact your bank to confirm the exact details that you need to submit and try again.

What happens when you contact us:
- Provided 15 business days have passed since your payment was issued, we contact your bank.
- We then work with your bank to locate your payment and take any necessary actions.
