Address verification troubleshooting (PIN)


Address (PIN) verification

  To protect your account security, Google requires you to verify your address before we can send you payment. To do so, we post a Personal Identification Number (PIN) to your payment address. You'll then need to enter this PIN in your account. You'll have four months from the date on which your first PIN was generated to enter it in your account. After four months, your account will stop displaying ads. See an example PIN mailer.

If you haven't received your PIN

We understand that your PIN might fail to reach you. That's why if you don't receive your PIN, you can request a replacement PIN. Find out how to request a new PIN.

If you have entered your PIN incorrectly three times

Please enter your PIN carefully. If you have entered your PIN incorrectly three times, ad serving will be disabled to your site. In this case, you'll need to contact us to re-enable ad serving.
