You can view historical changes made to your account as a report layer. Change events are shown as small flags on your reporting graphs, and highlight actions you’ve taken that might have influenced your earnings. For instance, if you blocked a category of ads from your pages last Tuesday and then created a new leaderboard the next day, you’ll see these two events marked in your reports. You can also view your event history in a separate Events report.
To show events on a report graph:
- Click Reports.
- Create a report, or select a saved report.
- Above the graph, click the events button
. Your change events, for the report currently selected, appear along the bottom of the graph as small numbers in boxes. Any user-added notes are marked with a small box with a grey bar on top. System-generated events do not have the grey bar on top.
- Click a number on the graph to jump to the date and change event type description of the historical event, both system-generated and user-added.
To view the Events report:
- Click Reports.
- Click Events. The Events report is displayed with a list of your changes shown under the graph.
- Click a number on the graph to jump to the date and change event type description of the historical event.

If the username reads ‘Google User’, this means that an AdSense representative made the change to the event type.
