Get started by turning on banner ads for your site.
How to turn on banner ads
- Sign in to your AdSense account.
- Click Ads.
- In the table of all your sites, click Edit
next to your site. Your site opens in the ad settings preview.
Tip: You can use the preview to try out different ad settings before your Auto ads go live. - Under 'Ad settings', turn on Auto ads.
- Under 'In-Page formats', make sure the Banner ads option is selected.
- (Optional) If you want to adjust the advanced settings for your banner ads, click Advanced settings to expand the panel. Advanced settings give you more control over banner ads on your site by allowing you to adjust the placement and number of ads on a page. Learn more about advanced settings.
- Click Apply to site

Choose your save option:
- Click Apply now, then Save, to immediately apply your Auto ads settings to your site.
Or
- Click Run experiment first, then Run experiment, to test your Auto ads settings.

- Click Apply now, then Save, to immediately apply your Auto ads settings to your site.
Track the performance of banner ads
- Visit the Reports page in AdSense.
- Create a custom report.
- Click filter
, click Ad format and then select In-Page.
- Click Apply.
