Service policies

Prohibited Actions. In connection with the GameSnacks Service, Company and the Partner Platforms will not, and Company will not encourage or permit any third party (including any Company Partner) to:

1. generate automated, deceptive, fraudulent, incentivized, or otherwise invalid activity (including queries, clicks, or conversions);
2. edit, truncate, append to, or otherwise modify any Game Center Content, including commingling any Game Center Content with content provided by Company or a third party (including any Company Partner), except as required to embed the Game Center Content within the Partner Platforms;
3. interfere with the proper functioning of the GameSnacks Service, including with the display or functionality of the GameSnacks Service, End User gameplay, or any redirect or destination pages;
4. misrepresent functionality that is not provided by Google as being Google-provided functionality;
5. "crawl," "spider," index or in any non-transitory manner store or cache information obtained from the GameSnacks Service;
6. directly take any action, or use any systems or techniques, or engage in any activities or practices, that circumvent, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the specific obligations of this Agreement;
7. modify or replace the text, images, or other content of the GameSnacks Service;
8. misattribute the Game Center Content or erroneously attribute third party content to Google when identifying games as Game Center Content;
9. promote or condone violence, or incite hate against an individual or group based on any characteristic that is associated with systemic discrimination or marginalization (including race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, or gender identity);
10. promote, encourage, or support (a) graphic or gratuitous violence, (b) dangerous activities, (c) terrorism, (d) suicide or self-harm, (e) sex work, escort services, and similar offerings, (f) bullying, blackmail, or revenge, or (g) violating any person’s privacy or publicity rights;
11. display sexually-explicit imagery (including pornographic content or behavior); or
12. display Game Center Content on properties (e.g., websites, apps, other products) which are directed to children. "Children" is anyone below the minimum age as defined in Age requirements on Google Accounts.
