Export a video project to Campaign Manager 360

When you've completed your video project, you can export it to a linked Campaign Manager 360 account.

How it works

Each time you export a project from Ads Creative Studio, it's added as a new project in the linked account. If you change a project after you export it, export it again. Then let your Campaign Manager 360 contact know so they can swap in the updated project in their campaigns.

Before you get started

• Make sure the Campaign Manager 360 advertiser you want to export to is linked to your account.
• Make sure to click "Prepare for export" if the project is still a draft.

Export a video project from Ads Creative Studio

To export projects, you need either edit or admin access level for your account.

Before you export, make sure you've created at least one rule with a supported signal type for Campaign Manager 360. To be exported, each variant must be added to at least one rule.

1. Sign in to Ads Creative Studio.
2. Open the completed video project you want to export.
3. Click Export. If the export option isn't available, make sure the project's status is "Completed". If it's not, click Prepare for export.
4. Select the linked advertiser you want to export to.
5. Click Export. The project's status changes to "Exported".

During export, Campaign Manager 360 makes copies of your completed ads. Any changes you make in Ads Creative Studio afterward will not affect the copies in Campaign Manager 360. You can export the project again to send updated ads.

Edit an exported project

You can make changes to a project you've already exported, then export the updated ads to Campaign Manager 360.

1. Sign in to Ads Creative Studio.
2. Open the exported project you want to edit.
3. Click Edit. The project's status changes to "Draft".
4. Make changes to the project, then click Save.
5. Click Prepare for export. The project's status changes to "Completed".
6. Repeat the export steps. If the project was previously exported to Campaign Manager 360, a new copy is created and appears in the Campaign Manager 360 advertiser's list of creatives.
