View sub-accounts

When you sign in to a manager account, you'll see a table of the sub-accounts that you can access. Sub-manager accounts are indicated by the text "(Manager)" next to their customer IDs.

Customize the table

You can change the table's appearance so that you can see the information about your sub-accounts that interests you.

Switch views

You can switch between two types of views for the table.

  • Switch to list view to get a single list of sub-accounts, including those directly linked to your manager account and those indirectly linked via sub-manager accounts. You can see the immediate manager account of each sub-account in the "Direct manager" column.
  • Switch to hierarchy view to show how accounts are linked to each other. You can expand or collapse the list of sub-accounts for individual accounts, or use the Expand all or Collapse all buttons to show or hide all indirectly linked accounts.

Modify columns

You can choose which columns are displayed, except for locked columns, which will always display at the start of the table.

  1. Click Columns above the table.
  2. Select the columns that you want to view and de-select the columns that you want to hide.
  3. In the right-hand panel, drag columns up or down to reorder them.

Sort, search, or filter sub-accounts

You can find sub-accounts by sorting, searching, or filtering the table.

Sort sub-accounts

  1. Click the column header that you want to use to sort sub-accounts.
  2. If you want to reverse the sorting order, click the column header again.

Search sub-accounts

  1. Click Search above the table.
  2. Enter the partial or complete name of the accounts you want to find.

Search results are always displayed in list view.

  1. Click Add filter above the table.
  2. Select the type of filter you want to apply. For example, you can filter by selected accounts, account type, account name, the direct manager account's name, customer ID, authentication method, and more.
  3. Specify the values you want to use to filter sub-accounts.
  4. Click Apply.

While filters are applied, sub-accounts are always displayed in list view.

Remove a single filter

  1. If the filter panel is closed, open it by clicking a filter above the table.
  2. Click Dismiss next to the filter you want to remove.

Remove all filters

  1. If the filter panel is closed, open it by clicking a filter above the table.
  2. Click Clear filters to remove all filters.

Save filters

You can save a set of filters that you want to apply again in the future.

  1. Apply the filters that you want to save.
  2. Click the Save button at the end of the filter panel.
  3. Enter a name for the saved filter.
