Your Ads Creative Studio account contains a history of changes that shows what you've done in the past. Reviewing your account's change history can be useful for troubleshooting, particularly when more than one person is working on a project.
For most items, you can find what was changed, the former and new values (for example, a project's status changed from "Completed" to "Draft"), the user who made the change, and the date and time the change was made.
You can see up to 2 years of changes.
Types of changes you can see
You can see the following types of changes in your account change history:
- Project: Changes to variants in a project
- Asset: Actions taken to create, rename, move, remove
- Folder: Actions taken to create or rename
Check your account history
- Sign in to Ads Creative Studio.
- In the page menu, click
Change history.
- At the top, there are counts of each change type. To filter the list of changes to show only changes of that type, click on the change type and count you want to filter with.
- To see changes for a particular date range, select different start and end dates using the date range menu.
- To see more details about a change, go to the "Change" column and click Expand row

Use filters to find changes
At the top, you'll find category filters to help you quickly find changes to your account, projects, or assets. The category filter options are:
- All changes
- Account changes
- Access changes
- Asset library changes
- Creative project changes
To further narrow the changes, click Filter to add more filters and choose from the following options:
- Change type
- Item changed
- User
The "Change type" and "Item changed" filters are similar to the category filters and are best used when the "All changes" category filter is selected.
The "User" filter helps you find the either the user who made the change or the user whose access level changed.
