Deactivate or reactivate your Ads Creative Studio account

To complete these steps, you need admin access to your Ads Creative Studio account.

Deactivate your account

You can deactivate your account at any time. If you've exported assets or projects to other products, they won't be affected.

1. Go to Account preferences.
2. Click the Account Status section to expand it.
3. Click Deactivate my account.

After your account is deactivated, you can reactivate it any time for up to 10 years.

Problems deactivating your account

• If you don't see the option to deactivate your account, you may not have admin access.
• If the only person with admin access left your company, and you want to deactivate your account, contact Ads Creative Studio support.

Reactivate an Ads Creative Studio account

1. Go to Account preferences.
2. Click the Account Status section to expand it.
3. Click Reactivate my account. You'll only see the reactivate option if your account has been deactivated.

Your account status will change to "Active."
